The Head and The Heart join host Raina Douris
Being in a band is like being in a relationship – and that’s something Charity Rose Thielen of The Head And The Heart wanted to work on – so she signed them up for group therapy. As she explains in an interview along with lead singer Jonathan Russel, they were able to create a safe space where vulnerability turned into great songwriting. The new album is called Every Shade Of Blue, and we’ll hear The Head and The Heart perform some of the new music live.
