Mondo Cozmo joins host Stephen Kallao

Josh Ostrander, who performs as Mondo Cozmo, has been making music for two decades, but he felt an unprecedented level of success and pressure with the release of his 2016 single, “Shine” – And in a moment of burn-out and frustration, the guitarist put his hand through a pane of glass. But somehow, this became the start of his latest album, called New Medicine. Today, Josh shares stories behind the making of the record, from connecting with Butch Vig to songwriting during the impeachment trial. And we’ll hear performances from Mondo Cozmo’s last tour date before Covid-19 hit.
