Billy Idol joins host Stephen Kallao

Billy Idol is back with brand new music! The Roadside EP developed during the pandemic while he took time to reflect on his past, and his future. Idol recalls the 1990 motorcycle accident that led him to recovery from addiction, as well as a song inspired by his new baby granddaughter, Poppy Rebel. On the next World Cafe, he shares the stories behind the music and transports us back to the ‘80s, when he exploded onto the scene with that signature Billy Idol look, ready made for the MTV generation. Plus, we’ll hear new songs, and some classics, live.
