Nilüfer Yanya joins host Raina Douris
When Nilüfer Yanya was growing up, she listened to a lot of Turkish and classical music, thanks to her parents. But it was the grunge and rock music she discovered on her own that really helped shape her sound. The London-based artist recently returned with her first full-length album since 2019, called Painless, and in a conversation with host Raina Douris, Yanya explains how she’s changed in those intervening three years.
