Nathaniel Rateliff joins host Raina Douris

Nathaniel Rateliff released his very personal solo album, And It’s Still Alright, in February 2020 – Having just set out on tour, he had to turn around and go home. And even though it wasn’t easy writing a new album when he hadn’t gotten to tour behind the last one, he started writing songs. The result is called The Future – Nathaniel’s first studio record with his band, The Night Sweats, in four years. On the next World Cafe, we’ll hear why Nathaniel decided to get the band back together, and they share live recordings of the new music.
