Chris Stapleton’s 2015 debut, Traveller, and its massive hit “Tennessee Whiskey,” turned the songwriter into one of Nashville’s biggest stars. After taking home six Country Music Association Awards last year, he’s up for several more again this week, including Entertainer Of The Year – Coming up, take a dive into the World Cafe archives to hear Stapleton’s 2017 conversation with Nashville correspondent, Ann Powers. He shares stories about working with legendary producer Dave Cobb AND his wife Morgane, who together had just released From A Room Vol. 1.
