Boot and Saddle was packed for the second night of We Are Scientists and Paws’ stop through in Philly on Wednesday, a kick-off of the band’s “Frenchin’ the Americas” Tour. Their new album, TV en Français, was released in March, and the new tunes brought a certain eagerness to the three musicians’ presence. Fans were lit and gazed at front man Keith Murray as he threw himself around the stage, chanting the familiar hooks of “After Hours” and “Chick Lit.” Scotland-based trio Paws opened the show, shaking the room with their rousing punk songs, from their anticipated sophomore album Youth Culture Forever, due out on FatCat records in May. Check out a photo recap of the night below.
