Here’s a sample of what’s coming up this Monday night at 8pm on our New Music Show:

“When the Lights Are Burning Low” by MORELAND & ARBUCKLE

It’s always a plus when a band that’s heralded for being a ‘great live band’ can translate that energy onto their studio releases. That’s the case, yet again, for the Kansas trio MORELAND & ARBUCKLE.  In addition to being our guest this Friday for Free at Noon, they’ve got a new album coming out on Friday and we’ll preview it tonight!

“Past Lives” by LOCAL NATIVES

We’ve long been fans of the band LOCAL NATIVES. It’s been a few years since we’ve heard anything new from the L.A. five-piece.  Always ambitious in their efforts, “Past Lives” is a wonderfully adventurous, gripping return.

First Impression Artist: BLACK PISTOL FIRE

Turn up the volume for tonight’s First Impression Artist, BLACK PISTOL FIRE. The guitar-drums duo of Kevin McKeown and Eric Owen offer up a loud, driven brand of rock and roll that’s unapologetic and raw.  Their new album Don’t’ Wake The Riot is out later this month and we’ve got a couple songs for you tonight.

Plus!  Make sure to have a listen to our Best New Music Spotify playlist for all the other new tunes we’ve been spinning lately:
