We just wrapped up our NON-COMMvention, we had a lot of great live music throughout the week, and as one musical gathering comes to a close, another one begins.
Sing Us Home Fest kicks off this afternoon at Venice Island in Manayunk, and the guy who put it all together, our good friend for a long time here at XPN, Dave Hause, joined us in the studio today.
We talked about inspiration for the festival and what’ll be happening over the weekend, we talked about Hause’s family roots in the neighborhood and the very specific civic pride that Manayunk and Roxborough is fertile ground for.
