Who They Are: Grace Bowers is a Nashville-based guitarist, songwriter, and bandleader. A young talent, her skillful guitar playing transcends her age, creating soulful and electric tracks. Bowers gained recognition in 2021 when she started sharing videos of herself playing the guitar. Since then, her talents have grabbed the attention of many artists such as Dolly Parton, and fellow songwriters Maggie Rose and Lucie Silvas. Her debut album, Wine On Venus is out August 2024 with her band The Hodge Podge, made up of Joshua Blaylock on keys, Brandon Combs on drums, Esther Okai-Tetteh on vocals, Prince Parker on guitar, and Eric Fortaleza on bass. With a slew of live shows already under her belt, Bowers will be playing at XPN’s 2024 XPoNential Music Festival.
